Ecommerce
Ecommerce is definitely where the money is if you can keep your overhead low. Retail markup on most goods is very high, but if you can keep your costs low by keeping your inventory in a shed or garage and running your website from your home office then you can reduce your overhead dramatically. If you make $10 on a sale then only 10 sales a day would equate to a yearly income of over $36k. Definitely not small potatos for something that can be part time. The downside with ecommerce sites over content sites is that there is a much higher cost of entry.
