I plan to host an e-shop and two hosts were advised me to try - scalahosting.com (https://www.scalahosting.com/#6759611719f48) and planethoster.com (https://www.planethoster.com/en/World-Hosting), so what should I do?

Before head-diving into just about any web hosting plan, you have to identify your company’s business goals and marketing plans; from here, you can formulate your website’s current and future needs.
Also, determine your allocated budget. I know this host is perfect for running e-shops: Regvps.com - High-speed server performance. Dedicated and passionate customer support + useful tools for the website!

I'd recommend you to try accounts from libertyvps.net and planethoster.com.
I’ve never experienced any dips in performance or reliability, and their servers consistently deliver excellent speed and uptime.
Make sure you'll have something like a personal representative or sales representative in the hosting provider so you can easily deal with various issues related to service usage.
Strongly believe Exmasters.com virtual private servers (https://www.exmasters.com/vps.php) will work fine for running e-shops. Like this plan: CPU: 4 Core, RAM: 4 GB, SSD: 100 GB, Monthly Price: $25.
Overall reliability is great, the control panel is easy to use, and useful, things work the way they say they will - basically impressed with these guys.

I always look for a few things: reliability, support/knowledge, price - you get what you pay for really.
I'd recommend GTHost.com cheap vps (https://gthost.com/vps) to anyone looking for a good, steady host. Like this option: 4 CPU, 8GB RAM, SAS/NVMe 160GB, Traffic 16TB - $20/mo.

I'm hosting two websites at NetShop-isp.com.cy Cyprus VPS (https://netshop-isp.com.cy/virtual-servers/cyprus/) and I have never had a problem. Support is a genuine 24/7 and responses are always within a few minutes, often with a full solution.
The host seems to recognize that putting in a little extra effort pays dividends in terms of keeping the customer satisfied and thereby keeping the customer. They are good, real good!

Why not give CentoServer.com web host a try?
Customer support is responsive and helpful. Reliable uptime, and decent customer support on the 2-3 occasions when I've had trouble with my site.
