PHP cookie/sessions expertise wanted small job/good pay

I have a small job I was going to post this elsewhere but thought I would see if anyone here wants it. You will need to be an established member or be able to demonstrate experience in this area. If nobody suitable here I will post it elsewhere.

Job: Need someone for a small task using a cookie or session in PHP to record the last of a certain type of link that the user has clicked, until another of that same type of link is clicked.

Timeframe: as soon as possible (i.e. now)

Pay: Your rates, but I will most likely be paying for the job to be completed successfully, not for your time.

Payment method: Paypal outside Australia, Bank transfer inside Australia.

Your skills: You must demonstrate you have experience in this area and that you have a trustworthy reputation.
