Review: WebsiteValueBot.com
Hello everyone, I have just created it and would like to know what everyone thinks. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
I would like the template, color scheme and accuracy of the system reviewed if possible. Link: http://www.websitevaluebot.com Thanks in advance, regards. |

The concept is very interesting.
The mirror effect on the title doesn't help very much. If it is to be used, it must be more smooth, because it is difficulting the reading of the title. The huge box and button to insert a website is a very good ideia. But needs some improvement, like a totally different color that really means: "this is where the action is". It could be a good idea also to include this in the upper bar, so more information could be seen without scrolling. Perhaps this helped to include some more diverse information in the homepage, like ups and downs, a website close-up or something. The pages for each website have definitly this scrolling problem. The upper bars are huge. If the title bar is acceptable (and if it included the search button, he could be supressed below), the second bar is totally useless with those dimensions. And that sends many useful information for the invisible zone. |

I understand completely what you are saying, with this review and a few other I have given the sites a web 2.0 makeover and it has been a real hit. I have made it so webmasters can easily identify where the "point of action button" is as you say. One thing you mentioned is something on the homepage which I nearly spent $500 to get a designer but ruled against it because I think the simple look plays it part to what is and what its main objective is as well. What you sai about the search bar on the valuated pages I totally understand which is hy I have kept the same ne search bar on all the pages as I have realized most under have more than 1 website. I really appreciated your review, It as one of the most in depth reviews I received, I take reviews seriously as they are unbiased and would like to say thank you for putting in the time to make it, I would love for you to check out the updates version to see what you think.

Good concept but do you think it shows the real value of a website?
