military ads

A friend of mine has a military reference site and we're trying to figure out how to get U.S. military recruitment ads on his site. It gets over 20,000 impressions a day. Perhaps someone knows of a major ad network that serves these or has a good relationship with the u.s. military?

I see these ads so often, and i'm guessing they'd pay well especially if appearing on a military reference site.
