Recommendations for Hosting an Online Shop?

Hi folks,
I’m in the process of launching an online shop and need some guidance on hosting. The website will be handling customer accounts and payments, so security and reliability are top priorities. At the same time, I’d like good speed and room to scale as traffic grows. What hosting providers or plans have you found to be dependable for e-commerce projects? I've found GTHost.com, Libertyvps.net, Ionos.co.uk and Ovhcloud.com - What vps host is better? Why?
