    Malware scanning

Virus scanning is enabled by default but what are they using - Symantec, McAfee, Sophos, something else?

    Thanks in advance.

    Hello,

The Antivirus Protection plugin (com.glide.snap) is activated and enabled by default on your instance. As an administrator, you can deactivate and reactivate the Antivirus Scanning feature across your instance at the switch of a toggle, set configuration options, and review antivirus activity on the instance.

    Hi,

I believe this does not use any external service providers for scanning and would be based off SN antivirus scanner.

I could not find any documentation related to how it scans, May be you could open a HI ticket to confirm it.

    Thanks!

Yeah, I would love to use my program. It would be cool to have a choice in this, and I'm sure it's like that anyway.
I never thought I would have malware problems with my Mac, which is one of the reasons I have it. I always thought Macs were super secure, and I won't have to worry about it, but it turns out not to be like that. I had to learn about malware cleaners on the cleanmymac website (click here to view). After cleaning my Mac, I realized that it works much better now. I never noticed it got slower over time, but after cleaning it, that was obvious.
