Hi Friend,
A drop off simply means the user went out of the flow you've defined in your google analytics. This could mean that they left your site, or that they simply left the flow of pages you've defined.

It means that they(user/visitors) left your site, or that they simply left the flow of pages you've defined.

It means user either left your website or click on another external link leading them out of your website

"Drop off" reflects the page on which visitor left an identified "Visitors Flow" - the intended flow of your traffic - and went down a path different than the Visitors Flow.
