How to edit vbullettin's description and members?

I have the need to edit one by one the title and the description (the one that appears in search engine,just to understand each other) for every form user.

Is it possible to do it?

Otherwise exist a suitable plugin?

You're saying you want everyone to see a different title and description?

Very easy to do. In admincp, style & templates, all style options, look in the headerinclude field, you can edit them directly to override vbulletin's native settings (though I do not recommend it).
