Porn Results In Non-Porn Keyword Searches
I was checking up my ranking on some keywords that I'm targetting in google, and I started looking for "skateboarding clips".

I noticed lots of the results are titled "Live Skateboarding Clips".
I clicked on one and I was suddenly hit with some porn pop-ups, and redirected to a porn site. I never once saw anything about skateboarding.
There are about 30 more of these pages mixed in with a few real skateboarding sites before I find my site listed on the 6th page. Even if I don't get my ranking improved, I would like to see these results removed or dropped from the top ranks.
Is there anything I can do about this?
Edit - Made a more relevant title.

Send Google spam reports.
This type of thing happened all the time on engines like AV before Google came around.

I just sent one. Am I going to have to do it for each bad result that comes up, or will they likely pick up on the others on their own?

It took Google a week or two to react, but most of the porn results are gone now, and I've moved up to the first page of results.
