help with javascript/shared borders??

Hi All,
Just joined today. This board Looks quite informative.

I have a question about javascript and sharing borders.

I downloaded a drop down mouse over menu from dynamic.
I tryed to use it with shared boarders, but will not work.
I would like to use these links, so that they will appear on all my pages where I don't have to insert them into each one.

Is there something I am missing with the shared borders?
or does someone recommend another method?
I am using front page 2003.

Which menu script did you download?

I tryed two different ones.

this is one of them:

On the first link, when I set the index page as shared, it would not share it on another page.

On the second link, when I would set it as share, it would give me a script error.

I tryed putting the code in the top.html file, but no change,
Then I tryed putting the whole script in the body. I tryed several different methods, but no matter what i did, both scripts acted the same..

I would guess there should be a way for this to work, but, I can't seem to find figure it out..

If there is another way to get this bar on all my pages, other than using the shared method, please let me know.
