The number of visitors is great, but no results. What is the problem?

Please, help us to understand and reveal the problem of www.StarKaz.com website work or it’s promotion. A lot of work is done and we continue to make efforts. The percentage of registered users and placed ads is very small. The whole group of specialists tried to make the website as convenient and useful to users as it can ever be. May be somebody will give some advice?

I agree with teatree and would like to know if you have used google adwords to target your visitors?
I havent tried it myself but hear that it is very good for converting visitors to sales
