    I'm not certain, but I wouldn't call that a search engine friendly URL. Why?

    I think Google would spider it, but perhaps not effectively...?

    I think the "#" and "s=" would cause google to spit it out personally.

    Its not SEO friendly in that it says absolutely nothing about the content of the page in the URL - to be optimized, it should have some keywords in the URL.

    The # shouldnt be a problem, I think that as it just refers to a part of the page, Google would just ignore the '#post1021612' from the URL.

    SEs used to ignore pages with querystings in the URL, but now Google at least can index them. The fact that 's' has no value might cause a problem, but I dont think it would.
