GoDaddy abuse

I know this is old news, but I wanted to bring it up (possibly again) for everyone to read and comment on. In my opinion, its just another example of why GoDaddy is a P.O.S. company. These continued stories just add into their horrible interface and 5000 services they try and get you to bundle into a registration.

For those who don't know Fyodor, he is the creator of one of the best and original quality port scanners ever (nmap). And from what I've seen/read over the many years, Fyodor is a nice guy .

I've used GoDaddy a few times but mainly there horrible interface/signup process puts me off (it ends up looking like those 20 page sales letters). But I've also seen enough horror stories to put me off for life.

Yeah, I try to avoid GoDaddy where possible. Bad interface and too many sales letters.

I have come close to having a transfer out fail even though I was on both ends of the transaction!

I've transferred out of Godaddy and it was a big pain. Obviously I know, but they don't want you leave but they do make it as hard as possible. I had to search out for some guidance as it was far from clear.

I transferred one and after that just let them all die.

Go Daddy is a terrible company and I can't wait till it dies.
