The logo needs serious work.

I'm still not a fan of your design, but it is the best one you've come up with. Your logo, specifically the text in it, really doesn't match the rest of your site. It also looks a little old-fashioned (more 90's in style). Also, you should remove the border from your adsense ads (set it to the same color as the BG).
