    Duplicate Content Vs. Incoming Links

This site ripped of one of my articles, word for word:

    http://www.tqnyc.org/NYC074696/Skateboarding1.html

However, it's also giving me a lot of links with targeted anchor text. Should I try to get this page removed, or is it beneficial?

get it removed. It doesn't have enough weight to be really beneficial.
