Transparent Hex?

Could anyone tell me weather there is such a thing as a transparent hex code?

If you mean a hexadecimal color code for transparency... no.

Ya basically hex code just represents rgb values. the first two digits are red, the next two green, the next two blue. Nothing is black, everything is white. Transparency is not a color but an effect so you can't do it with a hex code.

GIFs and PNGs can do transparency though.
