This probably sounds like a stupid question, but how do you go about creating your shopping cart to charge the customer an accurate postage fee depending on their delivery address? Is it possible to do this with paypal? Can anyone shed any light on this, please.
You need to use the API of your carrier to figure this out. All of the major carriers, USPS< UPS, Fedex, etc, offer an API for passing them a zip code and package weight and getting the shipping cost back in return.
