I need some software that will be able to convert any video type to flash and then watermark the video as well. Right now I am using the free Riva FLV Encoder which does a great job encoding the file but I can't watermark using it.
What does everyone else use?
im not aware of any that watermarks it. if you find some i would be curious to know.

I haven't used it for a while - but I'm pretty sure Wildform Flix does something similar.

For converting my video files to flv or swf for adding on website I use easy software which called is FlashConv.
You should try Flash Video Studio, which can convert and add watermarks along with many other flash video operations.
Also you can try VisiFly... It's another good tool thav convert video to flash...
