    Are you an Agloco member?

    http://www.agloco.com

Are you a member? What do you think about this? Something that could really pan out to be great, or just a load of BS?

Sounds like a lot of old hype with new packaging. These types of "paid to surf" schemes have been around for years.

Yeah that's what I kind of thought too. Seems like an online pyramid scheme if you ask me.

There are a lot of bloggers talking about it and it's potential, but the thing that's making everyone mad right now is that this browser toolbar they will have available for download, isn't available yet and they keep pushing back the release date, so without this toolbar, no money.

A stinky turd wrapped in a shiny box. When the tag line is "Own the internet" its a dead giveaway. On the other hand, its a very good example of marketing.

Yea, as far as pyramid schemes go, they've done a decent job marketing it.

I think it will be interesting to see what happens with it even though I think it's kind of a scam. I know John Chow has posted a few times about it and seems to be really working it and getting referrals and such.

It would be possible to do this successfully. Affiliates can easily get $200 for someone changing their home insurance provider for instance. Giving some of that back to user without them having to do anything would be useful. But I don't think this is the program to do it. Unless perhaps Jon Chow buys it as some have rumoured...
