Is it too much of a risk for someone who doesn't meet the requirements for a .us domain (ie: not a us citizen, permanent resident or us business) to register a .us domain and make a website on it, or is it unlikely that they will be found?

Also would it be possible for a foreigner to register a US LLC cheaply in order to own .us domains?

Should be possible!! Many foreign guys that I know own .us domain names...
