Looks decent. I just installed it. I'll play with it and then I'll report back.
I would try it out but I don't have a site up yet, so it's kinda pointless. I think it does look very promising. Gives you what you need and nothing you don't and looks easy to navigate. I like Google Analytics, but found it to be pretty cumbersome to navigate. I'll wait for your report.
I will check it out also. It looks awesome so far, though I am not showing any stats yet. The interface is nice and clean.

Here is the link where I actually found out about PMetrics in the first place. Gives a review of the product.

Seems like they cut out certain features if your site receives more than 50,000 hits a day.
Oh well, there's still other cool features to mess with. This section is unavailable on days with more than 50,000 page views, because it is an expensive operation. Please visit the appropriate sections to see your top performing searches, pages, links, etc.
Well I wont have to worry about 50k for a looooooooong time.
This may be a very stupid question, but PMetrics does work with any site right? I got to reading more about it and noticed that they show how to install it for Wordpress, TypePad, Blogger, and Myspace, but nothing else.
Yea, it works with any site (either JS or img must be allowed).
The noscript part of the code just places an image on the page which they can use for tracking (for sites like MySpace which disable JS).
Looks like they have a premium plan.
I might go for it.The $14.99/year (or $1.99/month if you choose) covers any site that has up to 10,000 average daily page views, which is 99% of the sites that use our service. Sites with higher traffic levels are priced at $1 per year per one thousand daily average page views. Example: A site with 50,000 daily page views would be $50/year.
This seems good for small sites that would find it useful to track the paths of individual users etc, and can use the free version.
For sites with high traffic though, it doesn't seem to provide much more that the free Google Analytics, so its hard to justify the $1 per 1000 uniques cost. It seems to focus on individual visitor stats, which becomes less important when dealing with high traffic.

Why not just use free G-analytics with bloat of features? Just spend some time reading docs how to leverage its full potential.
You can start with user-friendly http://statcounter.com/ and move to GA when traffic goes up.
I get a 403 Forbidden when trying to go to the PMetrics websites.
EDIT: Its loading for me now, but quitely slowly.

I had to pull it off my site, it's dragging it down. They're probably having growing pains.
