I like them for starting brand new forums. It does help, and does work.

I tried 3 of those services 2 years ago, and none of them delivered as promised. Most of the posts they did were very short and meaningless, and they did nothing to help my forums.

    Posting Costs.

Forum posting costs vary by the number of posts that you are looking for on your given forum.

For a 100 post run we traditionally charge $37

For 300 posts, the charge is $97

For 1000 or more posts, the charge is $288/1000.

In all honesty you would truly be suprised by the number of forum sites and community sites that are started by our services and those like us. The issue has always been if someone shows up at a forum with no information in the forum, why are they going to stay?

The big thing is that when you hire POMF to run posts you need to have traffic incoming into the forum. If our posters are the only traffic you have then your overall forum life is going to be simply a bunch of different search pages with no native traffic when we finish.

cutiger95, I am curious - what are the prices for forum posting services?
The problem with starting a new forum is that it is a double edged sword. Nobody will post on a empty board but you need someone to post first. This is where forum posters come in handy, they can get your forum filled up with posts. The problem is, you have to be careful because if you do not hire someone with quality, you end up with a bunch of crappy post.

I recently started doing forum posting to earn a little extra money. I do short term posting so not to overload myself and cause my quality to go down. I charge $5 for 25 posts and I will only do topics I feel like I can do good posts in.

I recently put an order into inb0x. The paypal page went wrong so I couldn't pay, but I did put the order in, hoping they'd get back to me. I didn't hear anything for a couple of days, so I filled in their form and asked them to get back to me. Again, heard nothing :-(...

Which is a shame as I too have heard good things about them ...
