    Forum Posting Service

I know there's a thread about this from a year or two ago, but I thought I'd start a more up to date one.

I've used two services before; MarkB's and postonmyforum.com. Mark's service was superb, but unfortunately he doesn't do it anymore. The posts from postonmyforum.com were very poor and it was clear that they were fake.

So, has anybody had any recent experience with a good posting service?

    Cheers,
    Mike

i used forumelves and they were very fast but the quality was horrible. They delivered on time but the quality was nowhere near good enough.

I used a guy who advertised on another forum offering a good price for 80 posts. I never got a confirmation and I sent him PMs for a few days then I wrote to just cancel the deal (luckily I didn't pay). A few days later I got a message that he got busy with something more important and would do it for free. He signed up on my forum and never posted anything. So if anyone knows a good posting service Please let us all know.

I've used http://www.inb0x.com/ - which I totally recommend (I think I found them in one of Chris' articles). I was dealing with Carrie and she was great - totally honest and up front... she told me that my forum was very specialist and only had a few writers up to the task - so we came up with a deal.

And another I used on the same forum was http://www.theforumfairy.com/ (They are based in the UK Mike) - I recommend these also.

Posting quality of both was excellent and everything purchased was delivered.

    Work in which way?

They do provide a the service stated, making 'x' amount of new posts and adding to existing threads to give your forum a kickstart - but there is no guarantee that they will make your forum popular

I don't think any forum posting service will guarantee traffic - but if your forum has 'on topic' posts already, provided by the Forum posting service - then people finding your site through other methods such as SEO will be more inclined to participate in your forum.

I contacted inb0x they said they don't have anyone with automotive knowledge so they are unable to do automotive forums.

Its better for them to let you know now rather than take your money and post crap IMO

I hate to hear that you had a bad experience with PostonmyForum. We would love to have another shot at your business. Based on the timing of your comments I think the business was in transition from one owner to the next.

So give us a shot and we promise to not disappoint you. Mention this thread and I will give you a 10% price break until the 20th of Feb. 2008.

I find forum posting servives a little wierd, no offence cutiger95.

I can see the value in them (getting forums started) and I am not even saying I would never use one if I was starting a brand new forum, but there is something that just feels wrong about it.

cutiger95, I am curious - what are the prices for forum posting services?
