Privacy Policies, Disclaimers, Copyright notices

Do you guys have a basic template that you use to write these up? Or do you just sit down and start writing?

hehe, that's what I was thinking about doing (with permission of course) but I didn't know if it was a somewhat standard practice to ask someone "hey, can I use your disclaimer, privacy policy, etc"

I reviewed other people's disclaimers, privacy statements, etc. but then I wrote my own. I also put really important "don't be an idiot and then sue me for your idiocy" disclaimers at the bottom of some of my pages.
