    Selling a Website

    Hi Chris,

    I think it would be interesting to have an article or blog posts about Selling a Website. I mean...it's definitely part of a web publisher life. At some point he may want to sell his site or he gets an offer for it. And it would be good to have something that explains how to handle those situations.

    I think the main piece of advice is if you get an offer of the value you were looking for, it's guaranteed to be dud.

    The only offer I have had for a site was more than I thought it was worth, and the sale went through fine - very pleased.
