first thing, your logo is pixellated. You need a better one.

I would like to create a new logo....I don't like the one I have now either and i have been struggling with it for a while. I am not very good at photoshop yet...
Do you have any suggestions?

not really.... This website was a way for me to learn web design and photoshop on my own...

I could use some help if it's not too expensive and I would love some suggestions so i can try to create it on my own also.

Well, your main content is the classifieds, you should give them more prominent billing on your homepage and move the other ancilliary stuff down.

My first thought when I went to the site was - where are the classifieds.

The news takes over the whole site and by your title, I would suggest the main focus should be the classifieds.

also there is alot abut surfing on the homepage - I realize the site is about hawaii but I would rearrange the surfing stuff so it is more together

but I like the site
