    Convert DOC file to HTML

Anyone know of a way to product good clean HTML from a word doc? Obviously MS Word itself is out of the question, no span class msonormal for me. I imagine there has to be a good free utility or something.

I've never used it - so can't comment on the results - but there is a command in Dreamweaver called "Clean up Word html"

You can use tidy (php) to clean up microsoft word HTML. (Saved as HTML so not for .doc files)
