Google Spam Report - No Action No Response

There is a site called using black hat techniques with hidden and cloaked text on top and bottom coming up first for the search term edmonton limousine. I have reported it to google via their spam
and placed a tag on my website via the SES conference (MATT CUTTS) with
no response, penalty or action to downgrade or remove this cheater. Any suggestions from the group on what to do next......

It just takes time often. Google doesn't like to penalize or ban sites outright, sometimes they prefer to analyze the site and make algorithm changes so that no site like it can every succeed again.

Perhaps they have looked at it, marked it down in the ranking for cheating, but it still has the rank it does from legitimate SEO and backlinks?

Still that's some aweful cheating, and so easy for search engines to detect too...
