Is there a better day than others to send out a press release via a press release service.
Im thinking that Saturday/Sunday/Monday could easily be overlooked, and possibly Friday as well.
Any pointers, anyone?

I once read somewhere that Wednesday was the best, but I cant remember where and can't back that up with anything.
So basically, I'm of no help at all.
With out any real knowledge to back me up, I'd probably pick Tuesday or Wednesday to be the best days. On Fridays everyone is thinking about the weekend, on the weekend no body is working, on Mondays everyone is catching up from Friday and the weekend and Thursdays are too close to Friday and have a greater chance that a submitted press release wouldn't get looked at until Friday (when due attention wouldn't get paid to it) or the following Monday.
