Supplemental Result testing

I have a site which most of the pages are in the Supplemental Results... I made changes to 20 pages around a month ago and want to test to see if their status has changed - is there a way to do this?

Only by searching for them in the results.

What's the biggest reason for supplemental results? Just duplicate content?

Yeah - its an old site I made using free articles - a total waste of time

I just wanted to try a few options to see if it was possible to save by adding content to each page.
