Selling two directories

My company is selling two complementary directories.

One of them is dedicated to Web Development and the other one is a general directory. Both of them have a simple link management back office. Mod_rewrite is being used on both of them to force Search Engine friendly URLs.

We are not going to sell them individually.

Minimum bid for both directories is $399.
