they say they have network of nightlife sites, but the actual page that the link would be on is a PR 0 while they make u put a logo on your HOMEPAGE, i dont see the benefits in this. Do u think its worth me putting my site there would it give a good PR boost i dont know ????

Only link to sites that you want to show your visitors.

If you surely want to show your visitors the site on the homepage, feel free to do so.

Judging by the content of that site, it'd make sense for them to link to you.

Create a resources page and link to the sites in your industry. Offer a link on that page, not on the home page.

Though a link on the homepage may drive away some of your visitors, it won't hurt your PR (the site seems to be alright).

Personally, I wouldn't do that link exchange. You're not getting enough out of it to warrant putting their logo on your home page.
