If you were to set a cookie with the country code and display the ads on what the cookie said would that help with serverload?

Hi all,

Your Help Needed

A few days ago, i came across a forum with an ad for a software that creats websites easily and fast. i can no longer find it. What it does is similar to whypark.com but it is stand alone. I cannot find it. But I know it is not Hypervre either.

Can anyone please help?
