CPA networks (besides Azoogle)

I'd like to try out some CPA networks other than Azoogle. Any recommendations?

Thanks, John. I should have mentioned I'm looking more for "enter your email/zip for free stuff" type ads than real product sales. I know there are a ton of networks out there that offer these, but I'm not sure which ones are reliable.

Thanks Andy. I did a search for bluelithium on sitepoint and got a ton of complaints and negative reviews. I guess you've never had any trouble with them?

maxbounty.com seems to have a good reputation. Any experience with them?
