What tools have people found useful for writing content, keeping track of ideas and partially done articles.
I am just beginning to write more content, and I have this tendency to jot down an outline of an article to work on later. But I always seems to lose these file, I am keeping them in my source control library, but not sure how effecient that will be in the long run.
