Domain Appraisals please

I would appreciate if you could spend a few minutes going through the following domains and comment

learnpagerank.com

cssfaqs.com

ebazaarZone.com

I think learnpagerank.com could generate more revenue if developed

Learn PageRank and CSS FAQs would both be tricky to rank in and there are a LOT of sites in those markets. As for ebazaarZone, I have no idea what it is.

Undeveloped they are worth the reg fee. Developed they are worth 10 months earnings.

Are you looking for the appraisal of these domain names or the potential they have? Because for an appraisal, on the basis of the names alone and undeveloped, they're not worth much. I'm not sure I'd even register them, so I can't even say they're worth the registration fee.

I'd agree, I can't see any great value in these.

If your CSS domain was CSSFAQ.com, without the S, then I could see it of some value.

I am planning to sell them for some profits (if possible, that is..)

I doubt you'll get much for them.. none of them are catchy enough, develop them and then sell.
