    Opera9 passes Acid2 Test

    It's true...

    - Now Safari has some company.

    - And quoting KLB from a sitepoint thread in october 2005, you can conclude that Opera9 (besides safari) is - the bench mark that we can rely on when designing sites to know whether or not a rendering error is a programing problem or a browser problem.

Now if Firefox 2.0 would just pass the Acid2 test.

It won't. Firefox 3 will be likely to but that's not definite.

That's bad for Firefox. Opera and Safari have set the bar and the Mozilla folks really need to step up to the plate on this issue.

Depends on how you look at it. Since the Acid 2 test does not indicate standards compliance, who really cares whether or not FF supprts. FF is still more standards compliant then either Opera and Safari.

    Thats good
But the main reason that i use Opera is the simplicity.
You can move and change everything to make it fit you and opera got a lot of short-cuts.

I cant imagine a life without Opera....!

I am starting to like Opera more these days, Firefox is still the first option at the moment, but when this new version comes out properly it'll be a more difficult decision.
