I've just read the article on google myths, and it says that your ranking will be determined on the anchor text of your links.

My question is, does it also go on what you have in your content? Like if you mention a keyword loads in your body, will that help to higher your ranking?

Yeah, on page content is also important (keyword density).

However, the keywords in your anchor text are given more weight and is probably one of the most important factors along with the title of the site.

Its all factored in together. All anchor text but no good on page text isn't going to get you very far. The opposite is also true.
