    Keyword_Keyword and Keyword-Keyword, any difference?

    Keyword_Keyword and Keyword-Keyword, any difference in search engine optimization?

    Yes.

    Technically _ is the traditional space replacement. However, Google (and only Google) does it backwards. And since Google is an 800 pound gorilla we have to follow their lead. So you should use hyphens and not underscores.
