Who has their domains set to auto renew with their registrars?
Is there any reason not to do this (assuming that the domain is a long term investment).
Just I had some with GoDaddy that wern't some that were.

I have all of mine set to renew automatically now. I'm such a chronic procrastinator I'd hate to lose ownership of a domain by not renewing it on time.
I have all my domains on auto renew, i would really hate it to loose a domain just because i didn't renew in it on time.
Me too. One less thing to worry about.
To be safe, put a few years on the registration and have it on autorenew too, I've had at least one f-up on a domain that was supposed to auto renew and didn't.

I used to not use autorenew.
Then I forgot to renew a domain I did want to keep and had to pay the registrar's fee to get it back long after the 30 day redemption period (but before it left the registrar).
I turned on autorenew for all domains I didn't plan to get rid of. I turn on autorenew on new purchases now.
I'm Dan. This is my blog. I give you... free web stats.
I also have mine set to auto renew. They give me 3 months warning that way.
