what does vps root access ? mean ?
a virtual private server is where you're on your own server from a software perspective but not from a hardware perspective. I assume root access would mean you have access to your own virtual root, not the actual system root.
It means that from your point of view, you would have your own private server with root access that you could configure however you want. (Assuming everything works correctly.) You would be sharing server resources such as CPU and memory with other vps users on the same server.
