To increase your sites ranking you have to get backlinks to your site. The more you get and the better the backlinks are the more PR your site will recieve and also the better the ranking.

Third, have a more descriptive title tag. You can use beadcrumbs trails for more optimized results like:

instead of:

SEO- The Symmetry Marketing Services

Your title is very important. Infact this is the part that most if not all search engines use as the link text that is use to link to your site.

Don't make your title to long though.

I think Google allows something like 64 or 65 characters before it cuts the remainder of the text of if it is longer than that.

Yahoo allows it to be longer.
