    Offshore Gambling Site?

First off I live in the USA.

I have a web site all made, it would fit in the category of sports gambling but is a one of a kind site.

I need to know what I can do with it? Take it offshore? Just sell it? I feel it is a great idea but very unfamiliar with this kind of thing. If I go offshore how can I get an offshore address and banking without losing all my money in the process?

    Thank you

If you go offshore that means going offshore and planning on not returning to the United States until online gambling is legalized. That could be 10 years, that could be never. There have been more than a few cases of Americans who owned online gambling sites going to jail even though they were run offshore. Your best option is probably to sell it, but I don't know if even that would be legal.
