Adsense eCMP question.

Hey this isn't really an important question, but it's been bugging me a little.

Anyone know why certain AdSense channels or days would have an eCMP > $0.00 but no clicks/earnings for the day/channel? Is it a glitch or maybe it's from clicks for public service ads or something?
