    The widest...

    width I can make a fixed width centered layout so that it will not have a horizontal scroll in 800x600 screens? Isn't it like 768px?

    Hmm, Ive used 770px before I think, which seemed to work fine in Firefox and IE.

    I use 700-770px layouts. 776px is about the highest I'd risk going.
