    downloading .wmv

    I need to get some .wmv or .avi videos of some websites for some school work, is there an extracter or something?

    If it is streamed you cant do anything. Other then capture the output with another computer.

    You should be able to 'option click',in FF anyway, and the file should start downloading.

    If it is embeded into a html page, just look at the source and work out the url - you should then copy and paste this into your browser and it should download automatically

    Even if its streamed, sometimes the stream file can be downloaded, and the physical WMV file is often on the same server If it's on an actual streaming server, then you're shagged.
