For those of you who have .com.au names, who did you register them though? The cheapest I have come up with is $55 for 2 years at http://domains.ausweb.com.au/

that price is no longer competitive
http://www.netregistry.com.au/domain_names/prices.html is cheapest big registry $44
http://www.domaincentral.com.au/ is the lowest price at $38 no phone support
if you want to be reseller then http://www.distributeit.com.au/dn_background.html is best they will most likely match the $38 price if you ask, but they might not lower it later if domaincentral drops its price further
Heh, how come they are so expensive? I just imagined they would be the same cost as any other regular domain...
Don't you just love free internet games ?
Where'd you go on AIM, Mike?
Thanks I knew you'd come through with the goods.Originally Posted by LuckyShima
Those .uk.com domains are well expensive too arent they ~£25 or something? Which, by the looks of it, is about 55 Aussie dollars.Originally Posted by Mike
.us domains are the same price as .coms and .nets.
hmmm
Don't forget that that's $38AUD for 2 years registration. So, it works out to $19 per year which is only about $14USD per year. Not that unreasonable.
LuckyShima, who do you use for .com.au domains?

Have domains at 5 registries but I think I might start moving most of them to http://www.distributeit.com.au/dn_background.html who give me $38 for 2 years.Originally Posted by ozgression
Actually, in the bad old days when the name of the game was to squeeze customers as dry as possible while the government twiddled its thumbs wondering what the Internet was all about, it cost $137.50 for 2 year registration.Originally Posted by dpmmedia
