Does someone currently have any measures in place to prevent fraud (robotic, or proxy based clicks)?

Most PPC networks have measures in place to protect you against click fraud.

Google provide suggestions as to avoid using negative keywords that are unrelated to ads of products.

Overture has pattern recognition system that measures many data points that includes IP address, browser info, users' session info and many more.

Many services are there to take measures for the click fraud problem as KeyWordMax.com, ClickDetective.net, ClickAssurance.com, WhosClickingWho.com and ClickLab.com/products/click-fraud.
