    what if user links such as

    http://www.adsense.com/affiliateurl..../

    is there anyway to prevent that ?

    I think his concern is that someone using a URL like www.adsense.com (for instance) would end up with a link like:

    http://www.http://www.adsense.com.com (where 'adsense' was replaced with 'http://www.adsense.com').

    However, I believe the word replacement only work when the word itself is not connected to another character...

    Like - Adsenses. ?
